Easter Fun, Good friends...and fish.

Our first trip to Red Butte Garden for the year.
Enjoying the day with my friend Kara and her two boys, Everett and Aiden.
Everett and Will carrying logs

Whenever we go up to Logan, Grandma treats Will to a new kind of fish for dinner. He is an amazing eater and loves some interesting things including: jalapenos, pickled herring, shrimp, artichoke hearts, pistachio nuts, and gouda cheese!
Will carried the fish all wrapped up in the grocery cart. He was thrilled that the fish was still whole with eyeballs, fins, bones, and teeth. He told us he would like to eat fish eyeballs one time....maybe when he travels to China with Grandpa!
Backyard Easter Egg with the Keller kids.

Below is a picture of Easter Sunday up in Logan. It was a fabulous service. When Kate got a blessing at the alter she smiled the biggest smile..it was so precious my Mom and I teared up. Will took communioun for the first time and said, "That was disgusting Dad pop."

The "Kate" dress from Nancy

Thanks Nancy for the cute "Kate" dress. She is soooo fun to dress up!!

She is even cute when she cries!!!

Kate 3 to 4 months

Kate is DREAMY!!! This little girl is absolutley adorable and sooooo much fun. At her 4 month check up she weighed 13 lbs. 9 oz. She was pretty much 50th percentile for all measurements. She is occasionally rolling over, but nothing consistent. She is blowing bubbles, laughing, cooing, and grabbing at her toys. She loves to be swaddled up for her naps and will take 2, two hour naps consistently and then cat nap in the evening. Her binki is a must for nap time, but she doesn't need it at night. She is waking up once in the night for a quick bite to eat and then she is back down. We have been soaking this girl up...I can't get enough of her!!

Where's the beach? Where's the warm water?

There is still snow in the mountains just west of Bear Lake, above the cabin, but despite the frigid waters, Will and Dad still took the plunge.  The sand is hot, so warming up takes no time at all, unless there is a breeze, then it is straight back to the cabin for warm baths / showers.  And yes, I am wearing a belt with my impromptu swimsuit.

Mud Man

Not a lot of explaining necessary for these photos...the hose was out, Will got to playing with it, we have an open dirt portion we let him dig in and the rest, well, we just let it happen.

Baby Animal Days in Logan

Will, Dad and Grandpa Doug headed to the Baby Animal Days in Logan at the historical farm.  It has become an annual event that Will loves to attend, but this year it was just the guys who went.
Grandpa tells stories of "when I was on the farm..."

This year Will got friendly with all of the animals...here's the encounters we caught on camera.
After seeing how patient these goats were with Will's efforts to pick them up, walk them around, and show them to others I am starting to think they'd make great pets.  Maybe not for us though.

Getting to know the food chain.
