Muddy Buddies

These kids LOVE mud. Will and his little side kick (she thinks she is 4 too!) made a mud bog in the garden and had a ball together saying, "Muddy Buddies."

They do get the hose before they go inside for a bath.....

Backyard Camping

Backyard camping is awesome because mom sleeps all night in the house!! These three had a blast and we did venture out into the utah mountains this summer. Our first camping trip included lots of rain, lightning, and thunder. The kids slept better than they do at home...go figure.

Dress up

Dress up is almost a daily ritual at our house. Knights, transformers, dragons, goats, frogs, ninjas, cowboys, and more!
Kate rockin' the 5 T transformer. She is a tough little nut.

Memorial Day Monster Run

Kate enjoying some cupcakes baked by Auntie Ang. I am having fun doing this little girls hair and she finally is letting me put in ponytails!

Kate is a true girl with carbs and sweets as her favorites.

We ran the 10 K at the Bear Lake Monster run this summer. Always a fun event!

Kate showing us her yoga moves.

Grandma and Will cheering everyone on!

Will ran the kids race this year and was very excited to complete his first race. He wants to do a triathalon next!

Gardening

Will is a big helper in the yard. We planted our usual garden and did some landscaping in the front this year. Notice Will and Cody's chalkboard project in the back!

Water!

Hot summer days mean lots of sprinkler time and swimming. We joined the JCC this year and spent lots of summer days and evenings at the pool. Kate loves the water and had a blast jumping off the side of the pool into the water. Will mastered the diving board with cannonballs, dives, and front flips.

Kate is a binki girl and that thing goes everywhere with us. "B" or "Bia" is what she calls it. She is starting to talk a lot more this summer. She calls Will,"Wee." Grandpa, "Boppy." Some recent favorites are octopus, stars, moon, and of course, "no mine."

We are OUTSIDE every day now!

Our spring visit to Red Butte Garden with Grandma Meg was fabulous, as usual.
