Dad's January Post

This morning while the musician Jack Johnson was singning about "making banana pancakes and pretending it was the weekend," Will and I were making Mickey Mouse pancakes and were grateful it was still the weekend. Our little guy loves chips and salsa and guacamole before dinner, and never passes up hashbrowns in the morning...a chip off the daddy block.

Admiring his new basketball slippers...

Patience is a virtue...

Is there any more in here...that was really good!

Aren't I cool...

Yeah, you know it!

Ellie is learning how to read too.

Will is hugging just about everything these days, but really loves to hug his Ellie.

We bumped into Station 13 SLC fire department dudes and Will just had to see where they do their thing...they were great to give him a helmet, show him the engine, and let him check the place out.

Go go go! is what Will was saying.

An enthusiastic member of the team

We, with the help of some neighbor kids, built an igloo...almost all of it anyway.
